Fulfillment & Shipping

Answers to the BIG questions you ask.

What are shipping costs? How long does fulfillment take? Is it here, yet?

HOW LONG DOES FULFILLMENT TAKE?

Fulfillment is 10 business days.  Orders begin fulfillment within 24-48 hours. When an item is in fulfillment, we will ship it out to you within 10 business days.

Fulfillment can take longer for the following reasons…

  • Stock issues: Covid threw a mess at everyone, including supply chains. If we are out of an item, we will either wait for it to come back in stock, ship a similar brand/style of the same color, reach out to you for an alternative items.
  • Embroidery: The first time an embroidered items is ordered, we digitize the image to work on embroidery machines. This can take up to 3 business days. Premium subscriptions will start the digitization process when the product is submitted for future orders.
  • Large Orders: if your order is more than 3 items or makes up multiple types of items, the delay to ship can extend beyond 10 business days.
  • Seasonal Delays: At different times of the year, orders go up and our production line gets overrun. Fulfillment can take longer at these times.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping is typically within 5 days. We say typically, because we all know how USPS likes to run!  Larger orders will ship via UPS and on occasion we will use other 3rd party shipping companies. We try to find the balance between cheap and effective shipping.

Is our shipping the cheapest? No, but the cheapest takes weeks to arrive at your house. The pony express isn’t what it used to be!
Is our shipping the fastest? Unfortunately, no. But UPS won’t fly drones in your area yet.  😉

We constantly work to keep shipping lower. Here are our current rates.*
